Paul Krsek Writes For nearly 20 years now I have been buying cars at Epps in St. Helena. Over the years I have purchased Chevy, VW, Saturn, Lexus and BMW, both new and used, from Epps. The cars were for me, my wife and my kids. They all turned out to be great purchases, made extremely easy and comfortable by Epps great personnel. One of the things that have been a pleasure about dealing with Epps is the great continuity in management, sales and administration. I see the same faces today as I did when I first started doing business there. They all know me and my family and that makes dealing with them very personal and personable. As anyone who buys a car or truck knows, the relationship with the dealer only begins with the purchase. Service is where the relationship is defined over the years. Epps service department is top-notch. They are efficient, effective and always timely. The price is always right and I have never had to take a car back for repeat service because they didn’t get it right the first time. It doesn’t get any better than that in the service department. Geni Bennetts Writes Having moved to Napa a few years ago and when I finally decided to purchase a new automobile, I wanted to switch to a BMW. I had noted that many of my colleagues had purchased their automobiles at Epps in St. Helena. When I asked why, I was told that Epps will work with any one to purchase any car and work with any customer on fair pricing. When I ordered my new car through Epps, the color I chose was a new one for the year. Epps finally located the only one in California at the time, and had it brought from LA to Napa. And as noted by others, the pricing was more than fair. Since that time, I have used Epps exclusively for servicing my car. Now I truly understand why my colleagues have purchased their autos through Epps. The service department is efficient and timely. Management always works with me to minimize any hassle.
